This wedding packages includes 2 Night accommodations for 8 guests in the beautiful and spacious master suites.  The bride and groom will stay in the newly renovated Gleason honeymoon cottage equipped with a cozy living space, full kitchen, large master suite and master bath.  Enjoy your privacy while the rest of your friends and family enjoy the main house.  Each room boasts high-end linens and a luxurious bathroom complete with complimentary soaps and toiletries.  You have exclusive use of the entire property for your wedding weekend stay that can include your ceremony, reception, or any pre-wedding parties.  You and your bridesmaids will “get ready” in the Jarvis suite in the main house while your husband-to-be is down in “The Cellar Door” relaxing with his friends and family before the big moment.  The Jarvis at 220 has many wonderful amenities including:

  • Three spacious sitting rooms on the main floor perfect for sipping coffee or tea the morning of your wedding day with a smart TV.  
  • A Beautiful grand foyer for welcoming the arrival of family and friends.  It’s also a great over flow for hosting a bridal luncheon on your big day.  
  • A large formal dining room with seating for 16-20 guests. 
  • 2 half baths on the main floor for guests
  • A Liftavator for any physically disabled guests
  • A large chef’s kitchen 
  • Laundry room on the second floor if needed for registered guests of the Jarvis.
  • “The Cellar Door” where you can let loose and let your hair down after all the formal events.  This space creates a fun and relaxing atmosphere for your friends and family with a large bar, pool table, foosball table, dart board, 3 smart TV’s, games, comfortable seating, and a half bath.  There is a outside entrance for party guests to enter and leave.  
  • 2 porches  front and back of the house for relaxing
  • Fully pavered backyard surrounded by exquisite gardens creating the perfect backdrop for your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner party, or bridal luncheon.  This space can accommodate up to 200 guests for your ceremony, venue space for a reception of up to 100 seated guests, 140 for standing reception with some seating available.  
  • The property is yours to use within the regulations of the house for your event and host your guests in the heart of historic downtown New Bern.
  • Bottle of Champagne for the Bride and Groom for toasting their wedding night with complimentary Souvenir champagne glasses.
